Knee MRI results back, can someone help me understand it?

its saying that you have an impaction injury in the lower outer part of your upper leg (just above and outside of your knee). also, the interior tissue of the bone is injured and swollen. you could also have a cyst. the big fancy latin words are just describing the location of your injury. hope your leg feels better :)
