Christians: Do you believe in natural selection?
No I do not believe in natural selection. And no matter what you do you can not just get rid of those that you don't approve of, or think are not worth having on this earth. Only God can choose who is worth life. Some people think that deformities or at least what we consider to be abnormal, come from God or of those who are deformed as well, or those who just carry a certain gene. That is not the case. God is NOT the inflicter. He's the healer. Some people who do have deformities do p it on to their children, though many don't. Some think that you have to carry a certain gene, when in fact deformities don't always come from genes. Sometimes things happen because of the bodies response to the pregnancy, or the baby just doesn't grow in the "normal" way. Like in potatoes. They usually grow looking a lot alike. Some a little larger, or they have a bump here instead of there or a knot here instead of there. As in we don't have freckles in the same place. Though there are those times that the veggy amazes us and produce a really strange looking potato. We don't yze it, poke and prod it, try to find a way to never grow the potato again. We say COOL...and then it's place with the rest of the potato's. We don't throw it aside and waste it. Why should we be so arrogant to think that WE are worth life and not others? People are constantly saying "It's what's on the inside that counts, It's whats on the inside that counts", than they turn around and say "Oh man look at them, their different, lets destroy their kind". It's pretty sick.
