How has the weather changed where you are?

I live in Hull, Yorkshire, England, and at this time of year it's usually bright and warm. But it seems for the last two week s it has done nothing but rain. And not just a little, but major downpours with thunder and lightening; which in turn is causing flooding (which is worrying because Hull is below sea level). Has your normal weather changed?
