Water in footwell behind the drivers seat,?

my partner has a 1995 (n)reg laguna and when it rains the footwell behind the driver seat is wet and somtimes has a puddle, we'v had it up on the ramps and all the plugs are in tackted but we carnt find were the waters coming from,we'v took to the jet wash to see if we can see any leaks but so far none,
