If being a woman isn't bad karma, why do you think women aren't allowed to be religious leaders?

Karma doesn't care about political correctness, jealousy, denial or feminism. Karma is action, and the fact is that women can't be religiuos leaders (you'll never see a woman pope), so why deny the reality that being a woman is not good karma?
