92 Accord won't start? Nothing happens when I turn the key no sounds?? PLS Help.?

When I turn the key nothing at all happens not even a clicking noise. NO lights or radio nothing like the battery is dead. But the car won't take a jump and the battery tested good. When the car sits for a minute the electrical lights and door chime start working again but nothing from the engine it won't turn over or even make any clicking noise. Then if you try to start it a few times the lights go out again and it is totally dead. If you wait a few minutes and try again the lights will be on then go off again but the car never starts or makes any noise. Do you have any suggestions on what this might be?? Thank-you
