My Internet is screwed up!?

Okay so if I type in an address in the address bar, Internet Explorer will open a whole 'nother window and it'll just be a blank Internet Explorer page. I can't even go to another website. I have to like go to Yahoo! and type it in. It's really making me mad. Can someone please tell me what's wrong..
