This is a weird question but please answer..?

how r some people ticklish, and some people arnt? like im extremely tickilish and i dont understand like y a light touch on my skin really really tickles?? where does it come from?? and how come its only in certain spots like stomach and feet?? and not on ur face or somethin? random and weird question i know but y?? thanks! lol
