I'd like to know how to draw...?

How do you draw cute cartoon zombies? Yes, I realize that seems kind of morbid, but I was trying to draw this pic that involved a zombie couple. I can sort of see what I want them to look like in my head, but I can't see it completely. I want this sort of anime/manga/pon and zi cartoon thing with a zombie girl and boy but cute an not creepy. Young and not adults. Short and cute zombies. Help anyone?
