Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUCK IN TV!!!!?

HELP i have my pneis stuck in the tv and i dont kow what 2 do abuot it............................. i had 2 darg the tv up the stars to get her and i hav to go pee realy bad. an im afaird of elektroikutiuon!!!!!! plz ansewr!@!!
