Does anyone know how to ease pain cause by Shingles?

I am 23 and i went to the Dr this evening for what i thought was a rash and she told me that i had shingles. Does anyone know what i can do the pain until i get go to the pharmacy in the morning. Anything would be appriciated im in sooo much pain right now.
