Do you agree with my explanation of why blonde men and women are dumb?

ok so the circulation of blood to the extremities of the body such as the metatarsals and the head is inbent on a very strong circulatory system. people who are blonde are blonde because they have weak circulatory system, so the supply of blood to the head is rather minimal. what this translates into is that less nourishment (minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids ) gets to the brain to make it function properly. less nutrients to the hair follicles makes it blonde as opposed to the dominant dark color it should be. also less nutrients to the brain makes them not as smart as the average sapien.
