go and talk to someone about it like a physciatrist or someone you trust. i get over stressful times by thinking about the positive things in life, even though sometimes it may be hard there are alot of good things one has in their life. i have seen people go through depression and it helps them to talk about it and to overcome the issues they need to develop a positive state of mind. BE HAPPY AND POSITIVE! you sound like a great person who is caring and kind and will be able to get through this.
