Can I get sick from this, or am I just freaking out? Please give advice!?

when someone sneezes aerosols are ejected from the nose at great speed and any bugs/pathogens would also be expelled, problem is that they are so tiny you wouldnt see them anyway, so yes if he doesnt cover his mouth then you could well end up with a cold!!
